I’ve mentioned before that our tiny little Go Pro Hero 3 video camera blows my mind. But the truth is, I don’t really know how to use this amazing piece of technology for all it’s capable of.
We all have to start somewhere, though. So experimenting with video footage on iMovie with a big glass of wine at the ready (for troubleshooting purposes) was my job for the evening.
And here are the results. I may not be the next Sofia Coppola but, hey, give a gal some time!

Awesome! I had so many questions but you summed them up at the end
Any particular reason you went into a marina instead of anchoring? Do you mind if I ask how much the marina was for a night? Congratulations to you!
Hi Drena,
We were pretty tired when we arrived so we thought a marina for the first night was a good idea. We could have anchored, but we didn’t…others do. Then we took apart the engine and it seemed like a good spot to sit and do work. The marina is $1.50/foot with pool and showers and it’s in a good spot. Others were $1.00/foot, but this marina is particularly nice, where the others were not. We’ll be anchoring more in future, but it was kind of like a vacation for us

As a human with cats that lives on a boat (not a sailboat.. yet!) I really enjoy seeing you living the dream I hope to manifest in my own existence. Sailing around the world is a magical thing, and your cat advice has already deemed quite helpful!
Thanks for reading! Let me know if you ever need info on Bahamas cat customs…I can give you all the forms you need!
